One dip drive pushing the bar to full extension, with no re-bend of the knees. This is not a push jerk.
A: Push Press (6×3 climbing)
B: Push Press (AMRAP at 80% of A)

Are you ready to become more proficient with the barbell and the Olympic lifts? Barbell class starts this Saturday! All you need to do is:
1. select the barbell class, member on the Square tablet at the gym, it’s only $20 for all six weeks
2. Reserve for the class Saturday morning at 9 AM. Hope to see you there!
