Begin at minute 1. Continue for 10 rounds. Each minute, perform:
1 Power Clean
1 Hang Squat Clean
1 Front Squat
* If you struggle with Squat Cleans, please do:
2 Power Cleans
2 Front Squats
* You may either start light and add as you go, or keep the same weight. The measure for this workout is weight.
